The disc is made of cast acrylic (GS) and is approx. 3 mm thick. This branded material feels firm and rigid and doesn't flex easily. All cuts are made by laser. This gives you crisp, clean edges with no finishing needed. Every disc is made in Bütic's own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Our lasers deliver precise cuts and clean workmanship. The disc comes with a protective film. Once you peel it off, the glossy surface appears.
