Every character is laser-cut from 3 mm poplar plywood. It is made in our own production in Pößneck. The laser leaves the typical brown edge. It traces the outlines finely and gives the lettering depth. The surface is left untreated. You decide whether it stays natural or gets some colour. Please note: wood is a purely natural material. Some pieces are lighter, some darker. They show different textures and occasionally small knots in the grain. This makes every piece one of a kind. It is a feature, not a flaw.

Can I paint or decorate the characters? Yes. The poplar plywood is untreated. You can paint it, oil it or cover it with stickers and paper, whatever your project needs.

How do I fix the numbers? You can glue them or drill them. At 3 mm thick, they work for wall decorations, door signs, price labels and all kinds of craft projects.

Why do the characters have a brown edge? The characters are laser-cut. This creates the typical brown edge. It is part of the process and brings out the outline.
